The party will announce the names of the candidates from its allies in the 20-Party and Jatiya Oikya Front coalitions on Saturday, he said.
Its allies are also using its paddy sheaf logo this time.
It was not immediately clear whether the BNP has set aside all 94 other seats for its partners.
The Election Commission is hearing appeals of the aspirants against rejection of their candidacy by returning officers.
The hearings will end on Saturday and the commission is expected to dispose of the appeals of BNP chief Khaleda Zia.
She wants to run for three seats but the returning officers rejected her nominations as the constitution bars anyone sentenced to more than two years in prison from elections.
The former prime minister is serving 17 years in prison in two corruption cases. She wants to contest for Feni-1, Bogura-6 and Bogura-7 constituencies.
The commission rejected appeals of four convicted BNP leaders on the first day of hearing on Thursday. One of them said he would challenge the dismissal in the High Court.
“We are joining the election against many odds as part of our movement for democracy and release of Chairperson Khaleda Zia,” Mirza Fakhrul said while announcing the candidates.
Earlier in the day, the Awami League also handed letters confirming nominations to 17 of its leaders who were jointly picked up with others initially.
It also confirmed 16 candidates from its allies in the ruling 14-Party coalition and AQM Badruddoza Chowdhury-led Bikalpadhara Bangladesh of the Jukto Front alliance.
